| Brief Description: | The Evaluation Center is evaluating The Enrichment Channel project, which is funded by a technology innovation challenge grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The Enrichment Channel's primary purpose is to provide students, teachers, and families in southeastern Michigan with a unique arts and culture educational resource that can deliver multimedia instructional programs, community-based resource materials, and professional development experiences directly to classrooms and homes. The evaluation is providing both formative and summative feedback to ensure that project activities and products are keyed to the needs of educators and students, to describe the process and products associated with the project, and to assess the project's overall merit and worth. |
