| Brief Description: | Since 2005, The Evaluation Center has been working with Heifer International to evaluate its projects across the globe. Most recently, Center staff and graduate students visited projects in Cameroon, Kenya, Tanzania, and China. This follows previous work in the U.S., Peru, Thailand, Nepal, and Albania. A specific evaluation approach has been devised, the Heifer Hoofprint Model, that responds to Heifer’s main interest in assessing the impact of its programming on the lives of project recipients and provides a comprehensive assessment of the merit, worth, and significance of Heifer’s work. |
