Brief Description:	The Evaluation Center was contracted by Oklahoma State University to conduct a third party evaluation of the NASA Aerospace Education Services Program (AESP) based at OSU. AESP has been managed and directed by the Oklahoma State University Education and Research Foundation for 27 of the last 32 years and continuously since 1979. AESP is the outreach arm of the NASA Education Division; the program's main purpose is to support NASA's policy to use its unique and multiple assets to support local, regional, and national science, mathematics, engineering, technology, and geography education efforts through collaboration with external and internal stakeholders in the 50 U.S. states and territories. The Evaluation Center is evaluating the program's goals, structure, and process.
