| Brief Description: | Michigan’s Department of Community Health requested that the Center develop a comprehensive evaluation plan for its oral health program. The Department of Community Health provides technical assistance to local health departments and community agencies and coordinates statewide programming around oral health issues such as water fluoridation, tobacco cessation, school-based dental programs, and dental care for nursing home residents. |
