| Brief Description: | In this project, we are conducting a series of focus groups and interviews to identify the key drivers of employee engagement (1) to their work and (2) to Whirlpool's strategy of building unmatched customer loyalty. The findings will be used to identify action items and to develop an employee survey that will track engagement as part of Whirlpool's ongoing Balanced Scorecard initiative. |
